Note : On Online Appointment Booking form, kindly make sure to enter PATIENT'S NAME only and not any other name. At the time of physical appointment, the name will be checked and if any irregularities found then the booking would be cancelled without any refund.

Important : For online booking our official website is https://www.aarogyamhospitals.com/, If you are making appointment from any Other website or weblinks other than https://www.aarogyamhospitals.com, then your appointment will be Rejected/Cancelled and amount deducted if any will not be refunded.

Warning : During Online Booking for any appointments, more than two bookings on a single day from same Email Id, same Mobile Number, same Payment mode/Id, same person is not allowed. If the above mentioned found not fulfilled, then all the bookings related to those ID's/ persons will be considered as cancelled and No refunds will be initiated against that.

NOTICE :

For this Week 29th May 2023 (Monday) to 03rd June 2023 (Saturday), Dated 01st June no slots are available. No normal & emergency bookings will be entertained for the said date. Hence, if any booking found due to any technical error, the booking will be termed as cancelled.
